T&C’s for Eirlume Studio Lamps

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and us (Eirlume Studio, “we,” “our,” “us”) when purchasing our stained glass lamps. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following:

1. Orders

• All lamps are handmade and subject to availability.

• Colours, textures, and glass patterns may vary slightly from product photos, as each lamp is unique.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Custom Commissions

• We offer bespoke lamps tailored to your preferred colours and style.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

• Lead times for custom orders will be agreed upon before confirming the commission.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (or deposit for custom work).

• We accept payment through our online store, Revolut and Bank Transfer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Ireland, EU and worldwide.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination.

• We package our lamps with care, but if your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Standard lamps may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the lamp is faulty or damaged.

• Custom commissions are non-refundable except in the case of damage or fault.

6. Warranty & Care

• Our lamps are designed for indoor use only.

• We recommend using LED bulbs only, with a maximum wattage of 40w.

• As each piece is handmade, small variations and imperfections are part of its character and not considered faults.

7. Liability

• Eirlume Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

• Customers are responsible for safe installation and use of the lamp.
