Stained Glass Workshops
After studying stained glass at NCAD, Vanessa is now offering hands-on workshops where participants can create their own stained glass sun catchers. Using colorful glass, you’ll craft a vibrant suncatcher that’s perfect as a gift or keepsake and will brighten up any room.
Introduction to Stained Glass
Saturday 9th August 2025
The workshops are hosted at Eirlume Studio, just outside Ballinamore, Leitrim.
In the workshop, participants will dive into the basics of glass cutting and grinding, try out the Tiffany copper foiling technique and solder their chosen piece into a finished stained glass sun catcher ready to hang in their window.
No prior experience is needed, just come ready to try something new and have fun!
