Every stained glass lamp we create in our Leitrim studio is handcrafted as a unique piece of functional art. Combining Vanessa’s eye for colour and design with Charlie’s decades of woodworking experience, each lamp is made thoughtfully by hand and with love.

Behind the Craft
Every Eirlume Studio lamp is handcrafted in our Leitrim studio using traditional stained glass and woodworking techniques. Vanessa carefully cuts and grinds each piece of glass to fit the lamp design before assembling the stained glass by hand. Charlie makes each wooden base individually, drawing on decades of carpentry experience. He selects the timber with care, often using native Irish or exotic woods chosen for their grain and colour. Because every lamp is made individually, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
